I'm not a trainer who talks about AI. I build AI systems for my own businesses and show, on the workshop, exactly what I use myself every day.

Behind me are four technological waves: the arrival of personal computers, the internet, cryptocurrencies, and now artificial intelligence. In each I watched the same picture: some entered on time, others caught up a decade later.

I saw this closest at home. My mother only approached the computer and the internet once it turned out you could pay your gas bill from home rather than going to the post office. The applied moment worked — 15 years later than it could have. Those 15 years can't be returned.

With AI I don't want to repeat that story — neither for myself nor for the people around me.

What we do these two days

Day 1. Stop being afraid

  • Prompting as a skill. Training on a live task, not theory of how to write prompts.
  • The first thing you build with your hands — a personal landing-page. The "code is not for me" barrier falls in 40 minutes.
  • Your own infrastructure. We spin up a VPS (remote computer), connect Claude Code, install a Telegram bot. Terminal stops being scary.
  • Voice instead of keyboard. Whisperflow. Working speed changes dramatically.

By the end of day 1: personal infrastructure, published site, a different relationship with AI, expanded sense of what's possible, and an explosion of ideas.

Day 2. Build your project

  • Individual task review. Which one task from your work you'll automate today.
  • Agent architecture. Data sources, processing rules, interaction method.
  • Building. We work on code together, fix breakages along the way.
  • Launch and next step. Everyone has a working agent and a personal next-step plan.

By the end of day 2: working automation and an understanding of how to build the next one yourself.

Frequently asked questions

I'm not technical. Will I actually manage?

Yes — the workshop is built exactly for you. No tech background needed: the first thing you build with your own hands is a personal site, and the “code is not for me” barrier falls within the first 40 minutes. A group of up to 10, with volunteers in the room, and participants help each other. 41 people have been through it — most started out afraid of the terminal.

What if I get stuck along the way?

That's normal and expected. This isn't a lecture — we build together and fix breakages as they happen. On the morning of day two Artashes reviews every participant's task one-on-one. There are no stupid questions — only speed of growth.

I've paid, but these dates don't work anymore. Do I lose the seat?

No. Payment locks your seat, not your date: if this weekend doesn't work, you move to one of the next cohorts. Message the bot and we'll move you.

What if I come and realize it's not for me? Is there a refund?

If you change your mind before your cohort starts, we refund 50% — no matter how early or late you ask. After the cohort starts, or if you don't show up, there's no refund. Rescheduling is separate: payment locks your seat, and you can move your date to another cohort. It's a fixed rule, not negotiated case by case — to request a refund or reschedule, message the bot. Refunds go back the same way you paid.

How does payment work, and is it safe?

Everything goes through the @ArtashesAIBot bot, five methods: card (Ziina), AED bank transfer (Wio), RUB via SBP, USDT TRC-20 or ERC-20. Pick a method, transfer, send the receipt right into the bot — a real person confirms your booking and sends the details in Telegram. The venue address arrives one day before the start. We don't take cash, anywhere, in any form.

What do I bring, and what's the extra ~500 AED for?

A laptop with internet and a card with around 500 AED on it. On day one you set up your own AI environment — a Claude Max subscription and your own server — in your own accounts, paid directly to the services. It's not a fee to us: the accounts are yours and stay with you for good.

Will all of it keep working after the workshop?

Yes. The agent runs on your server, the subscriptions are in your name — nothing switches off when the two days end. You also stay in the participants' chat: follow-up reviews, answers, materials and templates. And you leave with a concrete plan — what you do over the next 7 days.
